PRECISION CUTS. MAKEUP ART. WE ARE LEADERS. EDUCATORS, ARTISTS AND CREATORS OF BEAUTY. WE DON’T SIT STILL. WE WILL NOT BE RUSHED. WE DON’T WAIT FOR ART TO HAPPEN. WE MAKE IT HAPPEN. We are product junkies, technique masters, love new trends, and know what an inch means.

“We provide a SAFE space to get your hair done. We will NOT ALLOW anyone to throw off your ZEN. We can provide a QUIET work space. Give PEP talks. Provide UN-trained therapy sessions where we’re always on your side. We CAN tell you NO if you need. We will ALWAYS make you look better than everyone else. We DON’T THINK you’re gaining weight. It’s CARBS. And WINE. And ice CREAM. We SUPPORT your decisions.

We will ALWAYS tell you what to EXPECT during your service. What the COST is. How LONG it might take. But we are not The ALMIGHTY. We cannot know how a CHEMICAL will react every time. WE KNOW you didn’t know it was permanent BOX DYE. In BLACK. And it’s still in your HAIR even if it FADES. We are TRAINED to deal with the UNEXPECTED. But it would help to WARN US. We will be SUSPICIOUS until we get to KNOW you. We’re here to HELP.

We will NOT CHARGE you a late fee, a CANCELLATION fee, a CREDIT CARD processing fee. We do RESERVE the RIGHT to REFUSE service. We are not your MOTHER. We are not here to SCOLD you. LIFE HAPPENS. CAN’T make your APPT let us know. We will not STARVE tonight. We MANAGE our FINANCES better than that. You’re SICK, stay HOME. We’re SICK, we STAY HOME. Our families STAY WELL. You’re LATE. Me TOO.
